I am a planner, right down to the tiniest of details. This is a characteristic that has become a challenge as a new mom. Sometimes plans don’t work out. Sometimes a tiny hand smears strawberries on your shirt as you are walking out the door. Surely this has never happened to any of us?!?! With JDub’s birthday party, I was all about planning down to the details. Including what to to wear. The Mister, well he plans for himself. I tried to coordinate outfits last year for family pictures. Everything revolved around a certain shirt The Mister likes, since he seems to have a much small wardrobe than myself. Outfits all laid out and minutes before we walk out the door, he changes his shirt. To say the least, I don’t plan for him anymore. He’s my wild card, but he always looks good. I wanted to have a special birthday shirt for Jdub, so here are my birthday party outfit ideas for he and I.

For my birthday party outfit ideas I planned for this beautiful J Crew drapey tank top with Banana Republic petite cropped pants and Women’s Mossimo Supply Co. Ona Scrunch Ballet Flat. I love this jewelry and think it is perfect to complete the look, Kendra Scott adjustable bangle, Kendra Scott pearl earrings and this Kendra scott necklace. No outfit is complete without my favorite handbag, Saffiano leather handbag by Coach.
That 1 shirt is super adorable! I always plan outfits for family pictures, and sometimes for vacations. I definitely plan outfits for Disney and Universal. You just have to!! 😉

Mannnnn… we rarely coordinate! And when I do try to make my family match for something like photos they all whine and moan, lol! Although, I do plan my daughter’s outfits for her birthday parties and for special events. 😉 Love his little shirt!
