In the next few weeks I will get my game face on to start packing lunches again. I love the idea of preschools that serve hot lunches daily and I don’t have to think about what my child will eat and if anyone is judging me for my lunch box choices. I remember the day I took my tour of JDub’s preschool. I arrived during the lunch hour and as I walked through the classroom that would be his, there were kids eating steamed veggies and rice pilaf. A lunch I would love to have time to prepare for myself, but could never dream of convincing my preschooler to eat. So I will once again start bust out the hot dogs, cheese sticks, crackers and fruit snacks and hope no one thinks lesser of me. The least I can do is make it fun with cute shaped carrots and colorful containers with these bento lunch supplies from Amazon.
