This month was a little bit of a throw back for me. A throw back to 3 years ago and our first bathtime babies class. In case you’re new here, bathtime babies is an amazing class geared towards children 2-6 months old. The goal of the class is a gentle and fun introduction to water that will help advance your little one through the amazing swim program Emler Swim School implements.
You might ask how I know it’s an amazing program. Well we’ve attended weekly lessons for 3 years for JDub and that kid is a fish! He loves the water, swims every opportunity he can get. This year he is in a class called Advanced AquaTOTS. He can swim more than half the length of the pool unassisted. Float on his back unassisted and knows safety skills like jumping in and turning to swim back to the wall/shore.
How did we get here at 3 years old? Well it all started in a bathtime babies class. Even better, Emler offers their bathtime babies class free, so make sure you sign up early when baby is 2-6 months old. You can sign up year round and start classes at any point in the semester.
So I’m back to my days of being in the pool, motor boats and learning the basics of back floats. This time big brother is rooting us on from the side of the pool with enthusiasm.
Mention you heard about Emler Swim School from Life Anchored blog and receive one pair of swim pants for free when you sign up for any of their classes. All classes eligible including the FREE Bathtime Babies class! #iswimemler
