It seems that every time I turn around its time for someone else’s birthday to be here, the girls at work, siblings, friends. I want to do something fun and unique for each of them at the same time keeping it simple. This week the birthday was Jackie’s, a sweet woman that I work with. She has grown children, a husband and loves Jesus. She is a hard worker and I thought a little pamper basket would be perfect for her. I set out to make a DIY Birthday basket with a few things I knew she would love. My type A personality called for the entire basket to be color coordinated as well.
Target dollar bins typically will have a variety of cute containers. I try and stock up when I see something I like. These simple white containers are perfect for dressing up with a little washi tape from my ever growing stash and only cost $1.
I included a gift set of Burts Bee’s items, a little chocolate and a few fun items as well. All items can be purchased at Target and World Market.
