Before becoming a mommy, I worked full time outside the home as a Pediatric Nurse.  I had lots of time to myself, time to hit the gym, get my nails done. I could curl up on the couch on a rainy day and read a book all day long. Like finish a book in a day! Oh how life has changed. I spend my days getting to be a full time mommy and I love every minute of it, but making time for a “Me Moments” takes more work. Strategic planning lets my me moments go off without a hitch.

I try and make a “Me Moments” everyday, even if just for a few minutes. Morning naps are my favorite time for a break. I plan it all out. Baby goes to sleep, I get an awesome work out in, read a little of a book, paint my nails or fix my hair. Sometimes I need a snack, I treat myself to something special.
