Brown paper packages ties with string, these are a few of my favorite things. Of course they are, who doesn’t love a package? Even better than brown paper and string are beautiful sparkly and colorful packages with big bows and cute tiny cards on them. I loves spending time wrapping up gifts for any occasion. Christmas is always the best, I love picking out coordinating papers with fancy ribbons and big bows. This year I wanted to make 1 trip and get everything, I even needed to pick up a few simple gifts. I headed to my local Hallmark store since they have a huge selection of gift items as well as everything you would need to make a gift wrapping kit. You know one place that has everything you need when it’s time to wrap those boxes up, it’s the best for gift wrapping made easy.
I picked out this adorable gold and black polka dot paper, the gold dots have glitter on them, which makes it even prettier! There were several coordinating gold papers as well so I snagged one of those too. Plus they had a deal that the second roll was only $1! Gold sparkle ribbon and coordinating gift tags to complete the look. I always have shredded package paper and tissue paper on hand too.
I had a Mug Swap with a few friends so I figure I would chose one of their adorable mugs while I was there. How adorable is this Snowman?! I couldn’t pass him up.
While we were shopping my little guy found the Itty Bittys, if you don’t know what I am talking about you are missing out. They are precious! He carried a variety of Star Wars® characters around for a while but we picked the nativity scene to bring home with us. Now we have a nativity scene at home that he can play with and we can use during story time without worrying about anything breaking.
