Gifts for the NICU Mom

This year we experienced the NICU first hand, for a long 45 days. I know many families spend even longer there and face bigger trials that we did. We had amazing support from family, friends from across the country and even moms I’d never before showed up on my porch with meals. It was amazing and I don’t know how we would have survived those weeks without each and everyone of them. I know that people asked me over and over what I needed but I wasn’t of a mindset to me able to think about those things in the moment. Then one day the sweetest care package arrived from my sister in law and it made my day. So I’ve thought about this and from experience put together a nice list of gifts for the NICU mom to help you support her when she’s too busy to think about what she might need for herself.
