This week John read several books. Yep, more than one book in a week. Have a said how much it warms my momma heart that I have a kiddo that loves to read so much. I mean this is so my kid. and in his room there is a pile of books next to his bed. He’s almost always reading a handful of books at the same time, just like me.
Back to the books. This week he picked a few from our home library and a few from the library. We had the opportunity to visit the central library in downtown Austin last week and it’s a beautiful library and so many books! It’s hard to make choices for sure.
Since my favorite way to find new books to read is through other’s recommendations, we thought it would be fun to share John’s library recommendations for this week. He really enjoys our time at the library each week and we try hard not to be rushed when we head to the library.
Earlier this summer we snagged a box set of Roald Dalh books at Costco but they are easy to find in most libraries or for purchase individually. We even managed to see Matilda at the community theater a few months ago and the kids loved it.
