Mom’s Gym Survival Bag

I have received information and materials from JOHNSON & JOHNSON CONSUMER, Inc., McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division, LLC. The opinions stated are my own. This is a sponsored post. #PositivelyPrepared #BacktoSchool #CollectiveBias

There are a few things that I try and do regularly to take care of myself (and my family). We plan out meals so that there is little stress when it comes time to cook. I try and grocery shop on the same two days every week so that I know I won’t run out of things, and everyday I make time to exercise.

Some days exercising is the last thing that I want to make time for, but it is so important. It makes me feel good, helps me stay energetic and have the ability that I need to chase my kiddo. There are days that I work out harder than others and I pay for it in sore muscles. Not to mention the aches that come with chasing a 2 year old all day. These are the moments that I am so grateful for my gym survival bag. I have a few must haves that I’ve gathered up and make sure are in my gym bag for when I need them.

A few of my must haves include, TYLENOL® 8 HR Muscle Aches & Pain. It lets me take control of my muscle pain and take back my day. Another great one to have on hand is Ultra Strength BENGAY® Cream, it temporarily relieves the minor aches and pains of muscles and joints brought on by my new Barre class.

While I was at Target restocking my gym survival bag, I picked up this cute pencil bag out of the school supplies section to hold everything.

Sometimes I don’t get to work out in the mornings and instead sneak it in before bed. For those nights I use TYLENOL® PM, it relieves minor aches and pains while helping you fall asleep and is non-habit forming when used as directed.

So whether you are rushing off to the gym as soon as you go through the car pool line or going for a leisurely run in the evening, this simple gym survival bag can make life easier and get you back to normal asap.

I have a quite a few of these things in my gym bag. I also like to keep water, weights, wrist straps, lip gloss, and body spray in mine. #client
