It’s been a crazy week at our house and we have been on the go! Even though we are busy we eat lunch after nap time so we’re always home and try to enjoy a fun meal. sticking with out finger food theme, we made up some delicious PB&J Pinwheels.
Super easy to make and a huge hit at our house. All you have to do is cut the crust off of your slice of bread, using a rolling pin, flatten the bread. Lay a thin layer of PB&J and roll it up. Slice into bite size pieces and serve. Along with our PB&J Pinwheels we had string cheese (a fave), a mix of fresh berries, celery slices with raisins and Lil’ Beanies Snack.
Lil’ Beanies are a new must have in our house, they are made from navy beans and rice flour and are baked! (You can find them at Wal-mart)
