A decade or so ago, I remember spending an evening every week with the jr high and high school girl from my church youth group talking about prayer requests before studying The Word. I remember a great project that our fearless leader started with us. Shower Power, we would write down everyone’s prayer requests in colorful markets on a sheet of paper. Then slip the paper into a gallon ziplock, add a suction cup with a hook and tadow! Prayer time in the shower! I guess this is my grown up version of my shower power. A diy
I’ve had this project on my Pinterest Craft Board for a while now, but tonight finally decided that it was a top priority project. I don’t have a problem spending time in prayer, but my Type A personality tells me that I would never forget prayer requests if I was organized. Sad to think that I even want to organize my prayer time.
