I love being a nurse, but sometimes I day dream about how fun it would be to be a teacher. I remember setting up the chalkboard for my little brother and rehashing the science lesson I had learned in elementary school earlier that day. The layers of the earth seems to stand out to me. He would sit attentively and soak it all in. He was great at playing school, sweet little brothers.
Now that I have a little guy of my own I still love doing learning activities with him. I’m always trying to find cute thing that he will enjoy playing and learning with and that will keep him engaged. Right now the kid is blowing my mind, he can count to 10 in English and Spanish! To help him learn how to identify the numbers I made this simple and fun worksheet.

I picked up a box of fun Star Wars fruit flavored snacks on my recent grocery trip to HEB. They snacks are fun characters and each package has a Box Top for Education to clip and save for our local schools. We love handing those in and helping our area schools earn money.
