This year John started piano lessons. He talked about learning how to play an instrument for months. Finally we consulted friends and neighbors to find out what was ideal for a beginner his age. We even went over to a neighbor’s house and had a short private concert from her sons just so John could see what it was all about. He instantly fell in love and we found him a piano teacher near our house. Got an electric keyboard all set up for him and I’ll tell you we are a month in and he’s having so much fun! His sister loves to find other kid friendly instruments in the house and play along. I think we’re starting a family band soon!
