Tips for Accomplishing Your Cleaning Goals This Year
Cleaning isn’t always the first thing on my mind when I wake up in the morning. However, my house isn’t going to clean itself. With the school year ending, it’s best if I have cleaning goals in mind. Here are some ways we can both accomplish our cleaning goals this year.
Make a list, check it twice
When it comes to cleaning, a list always works best. When you’re just staring at your house wondering where to start, it can be mentally exhausting. A list will always help you know what needs cleaned and give you a place to start your cleaning endeavors.

Have daily and weekly goals There are probably a million and one things that need cleaned in your home, right? A great way to accomplish your cleaning goals this year is to have daily and weekly goals. Have cleaning tasks that you will do daily, weekly, and monthly. Post your tasks somewhere so you can see them on a daily basis.
Use the right cleaning products
Listen, I’m much more motivated to clean when I have the right cleaning products. There are cleaning products out there that make cleaning that much more fun. My favorite cleaning product of all time is Pine-Sol®. Yes, Pine-Sol® Lemon Fresh has been my helper for many years when it comes to accomplishing my cleaning goals. It’s so nice having a product that will work and do the job I need it to do. Make sure you head to Walmart to grab your bottle of Pine-Sol®.
Clean your own way
I can sit here and tell you “how” to clean, but at the end of the day, it’s important that you clean in your own way. I personally love to turn up the music and get things done! It’s much more fun that way. If you have to clean, you might as well have fun doing it, am I right? Plus, you’re much more likely to accomplish your cleaning goals when you’re having fun in the process.
