Looking for an easy Valentines Day Cookie that requires no baking? They are super yummy, easy to make and the kids can have fun helping too. We purchased strawberry wafer cookies (our favorite), chocolate bakers bark and the perfect sprinkle mix for Valentines Day (Target dollar bins).
To make these yummy Valentines Day cookies, simply melt your bakers bark in a sauce pan over low heat, dip 1/2 of the wafer cookie in chocolate, then lay on parchment paper and lightly decorate with sprinkles of your choice. You want to add sprinkles while chocolate is still melted so that they stick to cookies. Allow your Valentines Day cookies to sit until chocolate has hardened and then package in a simple mason jar for gifting. Kids will love decorating their Valentines Day cookies for friends.
