I am so excited to tell you about something I have been working on for a few weeks. Starting today, right now we are kicking off a series of posts that will include fun toddler meal ideas. Toddlers are the pickiest of eaters and some times you have to get creative. I’m here to share with you some of our favorite creative ideas to get little ones to eat a fun and well balanced meal. Please note that some of our favorite foods are organic, others are not. This series will have a large variety and we hope that you love it. Join us every Friday for the next 12 weeks to discover new foods, new ideas and great new products you and your toddler are going to love.
I’ve found that one of best ways to get my little guy to eat is to make lunch fun. While he eats great with a fork, definitely prefers finger foods. He will clean his plate if no fork is involved, so I leave the fork for foods that truly require it. Today we are thrilled to be welcoming Spring time and warmer weather! We’ll I hope the warmer weather gets here soon because along with the first day of Spring came a cold front. To stay warm I’m cooking up quesadillas and using fun mini cookie cutters to turn them into bite size shapes.
I’m pairing it up with grapes (cut into safe pieces), carrot/celery sticks and popcorn. Now this popcorn isn’t just a plain popcorn. It’s Annie’s Organic white cheddar popcorn and it’s a staple in our house. Everyone loves it and it’s a healthier option for snacking.

I’m so glad I don’t have to feed toddlers any longer – or teenagers, lol, but I’m sure there are many who welcome fresh ideas! Thanks for sharing on Throwback Thursday!
