This is a sponsored conversation with Ergobaby and BabyCenter, all opinions are my own.
When I was pregnant with JDub the doctors I worked for gifted me my first Ergobaby carrier. I say my first because several more followed that first year. Not because anything was wrong with the first one but because baby carriers and baby carrying is a bit addicting. You see, I needed to have a carrier in my car for everyday needs. The mister needed to have one in his car too, not to mention the house. So you see this baby carrier thing can get out of hand quickly.
It became a daily thing, I wore him around the house so I could cook dinner, then came wearing him at the grocery store so that I didn’t have to lug the car seat around. Before we knew it we were forgoing the stroller and wearing him everywhere. He was 8 weeks old when he took his first airplane trip to visit one of his aunts and uncles in Colorado. Wearing him through the airport and while we trekked around Denver was the only way to go!
Then just a month later he got his first stamp in his passport and officially became a world traveler. I wore him all over the island of Cozumel Mexico.
The Mister’s fave place to wear him, while working out of course and JDub loved being “rocked” to sleep to the feeling of the elliptical. We grocery whop while baby wearing we go pretty much everywhere while baby wearing and are rarely without our favorite carrier. I can’t wait until baby #2 comes and we can baby wear at our favorite mommy and me workout classes.
Where is your fave place to Babywear?
